Mother, are you sitting down?

I went to the library a little over a week ago and reserved a book.

I picked it up a few days ago and finished it today. (I enjoyed it very much, by the way.)

I returned the book, reserved the next two in the series, and checked out the first book in another series I've been wanting to read.

For those unfamiliar, I could practically open a library myself, because I own nearly every book I've ever read... or want to read... or somebody gave me... or came in a box for a dollar at a yard sale... etc.

My name is Marly. I am impatient, and I am a hoarder.

I own most of the Evanovich books if you'd like to borrow them and save yourself the trouble of the library.

I have no comment on the Ward series, though I do own those too and you're also welcome to them :P

Books are the shizz. I never give away books. And I read whatever people deign to give me. My mom once brought home the first book in one of those looong series that sexually frustrated housewives tend to read, because they were GIVING IT AWAY. That's how crappy it was. I read it. I still have it. But just so you know, I read artsy fartsy smart books as well.

Thanks, Angie. If they don't have the next Evanovich book by the time I finish this Ward book, I may take you up on that offer.

No comment on the Ward series, huh? ;)

Frozen Star, the only time I give a book away is when it is given to me to read and pass along. I feel guilty keeping those. Now, I do loan my books out all the time. I love to share a good read!

Oh, and I prefer to think the books I'm reading are for SIMPLY frustrated housewives. ;)
